With over 15 years of experience in the cleaning industry, Rita joined CleanTEC as an on-site Cleaning Operative.

With the hands-on support of Area Manager Ron Martin, Rita has helped make sure that CleanTEC fulfils its contracts down to the finest details, providing a high-quality cleaning service for our clients across the sites she has worked at.

When CleanTEC became an employee-owned company in 2021, the majority of the company’s shares were transferred to an Employee Trust, ensuring that Rita and all other members of the CleanTEC team would benefit directly from the company’s continued success.
