Kim is an excellent communicator and a natural problem solver, with strong expertise in staff supervision, planning, best practice and client relationships. She plays a key role in quality monitoring across our sites, regularly visiting locations to ensure we deliver the standard of service agreed while remaining within budget.
With a deep understanding of cleaning and support services, Kim provides consistent support and guidance to our Cleaning Teams. She also works closely with our Payroll Team to make sure wages are processed accurately and on time, and she carries out site inspections and audits.
Kim has progressed through several roles, including Area Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Director, Acquisitions Director and Relationship and Retention Director, before becoming our Head of Southern Operations. Her experience in both operations and people management, coupled with her commitment to our values, makes her an invaluable part of our leadership team.
