Last Friday, students at E-ACT North Birmingham Academy enjoyed a unique opportunity: cricket lessons led by Libby Snowdon, who has recently been named Captain of the England Under-22s for the upcoming Indoor Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka.
A Creative Sponsorship Opportunity
Libby, the daughter of one of our associates, approached us with a creative sponsorship proposal, offering to deliver coaching sessions in return for support towards her World Cup trip. We were delighted to say yes and proud to support her journey to represent England on the international stage.

What is Indoor Cricket?
Indoor cricket is a fast-paced version of the traditional game, played in a netted court with smaller teams, shorter matches, and dynamic, all-weather action. It’s growing in popularity across the globe and offers a fast, inclusive entry point to the sport, especially for young players.
Held every 2-3 years, the Indoor Cricket World Cup is the leading international championship of women and men’s indoor cricket.
Why Supporting Women in Sport Matters
Supporting women in sport is more important than ever. Female athletes are breaking boundaries and commanding greater visibility, but funding, media coverage, and recognition still lag behind. By backing initiatives like this, we help close the gap, create meaningful opportunities for young women, and inspire future generations, on and off the field.
Creating Social Value for Our Clients
At CleanTEC, we strive to deliver social value wherever possible, and we were pleased to offer this opportunity to E-ACT North Birmingham Academy. It’s a great example of how partnerships can go beyond service delivery to create lasting, positive impact in the community.
Good Luck Libby!
We’re proud to support Libby on her journey and wish her every success as she captains England U22s at the Indoor Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka.
