We are excited to share that Sam, our Business Development Manager, has joined the Employee Ownership Association (eoa) Membership Council.
The eoa Membership Council helps shape the support and services the eoa offers its members. It represents the needs of more than 860 organisations and makes sure the eoa continues to develop in ways that benefit its community.
Having been closely involved in CleanTEC’s transition to Employee Ownership in 2021 and now serving as a member of our internal employee council, this opportunity felt like a natural next step for Sam.
As part of the council, Sam will offer practical guidance and share lived experience from working within an Employee-Owned business. He will also contribute to a range of eoa initiatives, including the EO Hub, the development of EO Learn courses and in-person events like the Annual Conference.
The Membership Council is made up of passionate individuals from across the eoa community. They bring forward ideas, suggestions and solutions that both help the sector grow and ensure member voices actively shape the future of Employee Ownership.
