We are incredibly proud to announce that Helen Gallimore has been named Cleaning Operative of the Year at the 2025 Cleaning Industry Awards, hosted aboard the Hill Club’s Summer Thames Cruise.
The day was filled with sunshine, celebration, and great company, but the highlight for all of us at CleanTEC was seeing Helen receive the recognition she so thoroughly deserves.
Excellence Coming to Light
Helen’s journey to winning this industry-wide award began within CleanTEC itself. When we launched our new internal employee recognition programme, CleanTEC Champions, Helen stood out right away, nominated not once, but twice.
The first nomination came from our client, at Hilton Spencer Academies Trust, and the second from her supervisor. It was immediately clear that Helen’s work ethic, attitude, and team spirit made her a shining example of CleanTEC’s core values.
