Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) having
demonstrated compliance with, and sound management of, current
basic health and safety legislation.
We are also proud to announce that CleanTEC Services' have been
assessed and approved by QMS Quality Management Systems and
SAFEcontractor accreditation in recognition of reaching the
SAFEcontractor health and safety standard in accordance with the
schedule overleaf.
The British Instuitute of Cleaning Science has also approved us
as a Corporate Member of the Institute, which demonstrates active
and material support of the institute in its aims to raise
environmental standards through training and education.

Public and Products Liability
Public Liability indemnifies the insured for their legal liability
to third parties for injury or loss of or damage to property
arising out of business.
To indentify the insured for their legal liability in respect of
claims that arise out of death, injury and /or damage to third
party property arising out of, or in connection with any defective
product supplied.
This includes:
- A limit of £5 million any one incident, unlimited in any one
year, but in all respect of products liability.
- Indemnity to any principal.
- Legal liability for security of third party premises.
