• What do you aim to provide?
We will look to provide a flexible clean that will not only
cover the scheduled cleaning pattern provided, but will also have
the ability and flexibility to target specific areas when
required.
• By emphasising the training and reporting structures provided to
the on Site Manager and Site Supervisors, the team element of
supervision will be able to inspect and act upon situations as and
when they occur.
• Provided with excellent training, management support and backup,
Supervisors will inspect their designated areas every day. He/She
will then liaise with the Site Manager, who will in-turn direct
appropriate action, whilst communicating with the nominated site
contact both by way of communication book and meetings to discuss
if there are any areas or issues that the client wishes to be
targeted.

• How do you provide the best
service?
We have listened to your requirements, which we ensure is then
reflected in the proposal. We have visited your site to not only
visually survey, but identify the fabric of your buildings, where
by ensuring our proposal is as accurate as possible and that
productivity rates are achievable.
In addition to visually surveying, a system of quantification,
using productivity rates recommended by the BICS (British Institute
of Cleaning Science) are used for performance work-study systems,
which are relevant to modern cleaning concepts being evolved
today.

• What are your recruitment
procedures?
Our Company's policies on the employment of staff are practised
rigorously, to recruit the best person for each vacancy, regardless
of sex, race, religion, creed or disability.
Our vetting procedures are to ensure we recruit staff of the
highest calibre, to provide a high level of service.
All prospective staff must provide the following details at the
interview stage:
• Bank or Building Society detail
• National Insurance Number
• Proof of identity
• Work permits, where applicable
• References from three previous employers
• On being offered employment, we require two current passport
sized photographs (one for identity card and one retained on our
personnel record).
